Cashmere Care:
Some pilling will always occur with soft yarn like Cashmere and can happen during initial wear. Pilling is caused during wear by the friction of the softest surface hairs rubbing together creating bobbles.
Friction pilling may also occur when a garment is worn on top of Cashmere or the Cashmere has contact with a coarser material. We recommend regular cleaning of your Cashmere to minimise pilling.
Also using a Cashmere comb will encourage these surface pills to drop off protecting the quality of your cashmere over time.
We recommend using storage bags for your Cashmere, to keep pieces looking new.
